Each Jessy Abi Nader Couture piece is available exclusively by pre-order. Production begins after your order is confirmed, and each garment is prepared individually before being shipped to you.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged separately.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 21 to 43 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for domestic orders and 4–14 business days for international orders, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using reputable international carriers selected by Jessy Abi Nader Couture, unless otherwise agreed.
Tracking information will be provided where available once the order has been dispatched.
For Business-to-Business (B2B) orders, the shipping method, carrier, freight terms, and delivery arrangements may be selected by the customer or agreed between the parties in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, all shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, return costs or additional charges.
Shipping fees are refundable under specific conditions once the order has been dispatched.
