Ordering & Made-to-Order
How does ordering work?
Every Jessy Abi Nader Couture piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins specifically for you. We do not keep ready-made stock, allowing each garment to be created individually.
When will my order be charged?
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. Production begins once payment has been received.
How long does production take?
Production times vary depending on the piece and are indicated on each product page. In most cases, creation requires between 21 and 43 business days. You will receive updates throughout the process.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
As each piece enters production after confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. This includes changes to size, colour, or design details. Exceptions apply in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
How long does delivery take after my order is completed?
Delivery times depend on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated timelines.
Made-to-Measure & Sizing
Do you offer made-to-measure pieces?
Yes. Made-to-measure services are available for clients who would like a personalised fit or a private consultation. You can contact the Maison to discuss your requirements.
How do I know my size?
Each product page includes measurement guidance. For made-to-measure orders, we will guide you through the measurement process.
What if my measurements change before delivery?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the production stage, adjustments may be possible.
Are the colours shown on the website accurate?
We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings and the natural characteristics of fabrics.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to selected destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will review the available options.
How long does delivery take?
Once production is complete and your order has been dispatched, delivery times typically range between 5–7 business days depending on the destination.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the client.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment information is processed securely by authorised payment providers. Jessy Abi Nader Couture does not store complete card details.
Returns & Care
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
As every piece is created specifically for each client, made-to-order garments cannot be returned once production has started, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
How should I care for my garment?
Care instructions are provided with each piece. Due to the nature of couture garments, professional care is recommended unless otherwise specified.
